Two Manuals, Twenty-three Ranks

The new Schlueter pipe organ at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in Rocky Mount, North Carolina is 23 ranks divided across two manuals and undergirded with four 16' registers. This instrument features an eclectic specification with resources designed to fully support the worship at St. Andrew and the English choral tradition. The instrument is positioned in the rear of the church in a loft above the choir. The white oak organ case features carved crosses atop the three towers. The white oak drawknob console is terraced, with a mahogany interior. The organ was dedicated by Dr. David Hurd.
